-     Program director and researcher of the Access to Justice theme of the organization, including programs as following: Promoting Access to Justice in Rural China (2009-2010), Practitioners Focus Group on Migrant Workers’ Rights (2010, 2012), Strengthening Human Rights Safeguards in China’s Criminal Detention Centers (2010-2013), Labor and Society: Multi-disciplinary Research on the Labor Rights in Contemporary China (2013), Enhancing Access to Meaningful Pre-Trial Legal Services (2014-2018), Legal Empowerment in China: Community Engagement2014-2015, Support to the Rights and Entitlements of Persons with Disabilities (2015-2016), China Law and Justice Program (2016-2018);Disability Rights Studies in China (2017-2019); and Promoting Inclusive Justice for Persons with Disabilities (2018-2019);

-     Researcher of the Legal Empowerment Theories in China: Power Imbalances and Rights Invocation within the Yangtze River Pollution (2010- 2014), and Legal Empowerment in China: Theories and Practice (2011-2014);
